1 Candle $10.00 standard shipping within Australia
2+ Candles $15.00 standard shipping within Australia
 

Only once we have received payment will we prepare your items for shipping.

NOTE: Our candles are made in small batches and are often made to order, please take this time frame into consideration when ordering.

Please note that this may be 2-3 business days after placing your order dependent on varying Payment methods.
You will be notified by email once we have received payment for your purchase and another once your items have been shipped. We will keep you updated with the movements of your parcel and your tracking number.

Please note these shipping approximates are taken from http://auspost.com.au/ and may vary.
Standard shipping is approx 2-3 business days (regional areas) and up to 1 or more weeks for (rural suburbs).

Please Note: Spice and Oak cannot take responsibility for parcels once they have been shipped, as it is out of our hands for rare cases we may offer a store credit. 

 

RETURNS

We understand that purchasing from the Internet has it's risks, but we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so if you are not truly satisfied with your candle we welcome refunds and exchanges.
For a full refund, we expect your candle returned within 7 days in it's original condition with packaging intact.
If the need for refund or exchange was our fault (see T&C'S') i.e the item is faulty or incorrect with proof by photograph, we will cover the cost of any postage required.

Otherwise, postage costs incurred in the exchange/return will be your responsibility.

If exchange is requested, we will endeavour to provide you with the item you require.
Should such items be unavailable we will happily offer you a refund or credit note to be used within the following 6 months.

We will only ship your new item once we have received the exchanged item.

Shipment of new items following exchanges will be free of charge.

We use secure payment and shipping methods.
PAYPAL and AUST POST.
And we care about keeping your privacy and purchased goods safe.

We can not accept American express or Cheque.
